Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your new Accents, however if for some reason you receive your order and find that something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it to us for a refund.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the purchase dates. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item:

• Reply to your order confirmation email to request a return. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If you cannot locate this email, please contact info@unoriginalbathroom.com with your order number and indicate the items and the reason for return.
• Wait for us to authorize your request and send you the return instructions.
• Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email. The cost of this is $10 and will be deducted from your return.
• Send the items back to us using the label provided.

REFUNDS

Return processing typically takes 7-10 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse. Once completed, it may take your bank an additional 2-7 business days to post the refund to your original form of payment.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
